The intensive course Leadership is one of the customized learning paths offered to students of the 22nd cycle of the Alta Scuola Politecnica (ASP).

Taught by Prof. Els Van de Water of Luiss Business School, the course examines the skills needed to lead effectively in complex, global, and rapidly evolving environments.
Participants explore key dimensions of contemporary leadership, including digital transformation, organizational change, hybrid forms of collaboration, psychological safety, and ethical leadership.
