Talent assessment of ASP students: a survey on personality, leadership efficacy and divergent thinking
A comprehensive survey on personality, narcissism, leadership efficacy and divergent thinking has been conducted among ASP candidates in November 2023, aiming to integrate both technical and non-technical assessments.
